FLOOR PLAN AND LOT LOCATION
This will give you an overview of the house layout and
location of the lot within the development.NOTE:
Information contained on the Taylor County Appraisal District concerning the
square footage of the house is incorrect. The spec builder plan was used
to figure the square footage but we changed the spec plans during building to
enlarge the living square footage of both stories. We enlarged the entry
width by 1.5 ft (+20 sq ft) and sunk the closets for both rooms upstairs into
the attic instead of inside the rectangular footprint of the room. This
added approximately 100 sq ft upstairs. We also added under-stair storage
in the garage, as well as fully insulating the outer garage walls and garage
door.
